Cogno AI by AllinCall is an Omnichannel Cloud Communication-as-a-Service that uses a combination of ChatBots, Live Agent Chat, Cobrowsing, and Video Calling to provide a Delightful Customer Experience across all Digital Channels.

We work with 50+ large Enterprise clients (ICICI Group, Kotak Group, HDFC Group, State Bank Group, Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Group, etc).

We are on a mission to build the best Communication Solutions for Businesses to help them with a delightful Customer Experience.


What you will do?


Direct Lead Generation

1. Making a list of potential Enterprise clients to who we can reach out.
2. Talking to our advisors, existing clients to see if they have a connection with someone in these potential clients.
3. Reaching out to the right decision-makers directly via platforms such as LinkedIn, etc., and using tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz, etc.
4. Setting up the meeting with them so that the Sales Team can take it on from there.

Channel Partner Management
1. Managing leads via our existing channel partners.
2. Identifying and liaising with new channel partners, educating them about our solution, and building the right leads funnel from these channel partners.

Marketplace Management
1. Managing Leads from marketplaces like AWS Marketplace, Salesforce Marketplace, etc.
2. Identifying new marketplaces where we can list so as to get more leads.


What do we look for?


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation/Pre-Sales. Experience in a B2B Software Product would be preferred.
  • B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or equivalent degree would be preferred.
  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English.

Must Haves

  • Proactive, Prompt, and Responsive.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Common sense and general aptitude.
